Employees in all positions listed below will be trained in implementation of the Rainbow Academy curriculum, as well as in our health procedures and safety and security policies. Position Requirements:
Assistant Directors
Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
Must love children and have a passion for inspiring and mentoring staff
Two years experience in a child care or preschool
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business
Management experience helpful

Head Teacher
Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
Must love children and have a passion for teaching
BA in Education (focus in Early Childhood preferred) or foreign equivalent
Minimum of two years experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten preferred
Minimum of two years experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten preferred

Certified Teachers
Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
Must love children and have a passion for teaching
BA in Education (focus in Early Childhood preferred) or foreign equivalent
DCF Group Teacher Certification or CDA (Child Development Associate) required
Must have experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten

Infant Caregiver and Teacher Assistants
Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
Must love children and have a passion for teaching
CDA preferred but high school diploma or GED required.
For exceptional and hard-working employees seeking advancement, we will help you obtain a DCF Group Teacher Certification
Experience in working in child care, preschool or kindergarten desired
