Position

Requirements:

Assistant Directors

•	Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
•	Must love children and have a passion for inspiring and mentoring staff
•	Two years experience in a child care or preschool
•	Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business
•	Management experience helpful

Head Teacher

•	Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
•	Must love children and have a passion for teaching
•	BA in Education (focus in Early Childhood preferred) or foreign equivalent
•	Minimum of two years experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten preferred
•	Minimum of two years experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten preferred

Certified Teachers

•	Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
•	Must love children and have a passion for teaching
•	BA in Education (focus in Early Childhood preferred) or foreign equivalent
•	DCF Group Teacher Certification or CDA (Child Development Associate) required
•	Must have experience working in child care, preschool or kindergarten

Infant Caregiver and Teacher Assistants

•	Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
•	Must love children and have a passion for teaching
•	CDA preferred but high school diploma or GED required.
•	For exceptional and hard-working employees seeking advancement, we will help you obtain a DCF Group Teacher Certification
•	Experience in working in child care, preschool or kindergarten desired
