Back-up Care One of the greatest stresses for a working parent who relies on a nanny, babysitter or relative for child care is what to do when the primary child care provider is not available. What if the nanny is sick or on vacation or the babysitter doesn't show up? For most parents it means taking a day off of work to stay home and care for the child. That's why Rainbow Academy offers programs to back up this kind of child care. A Back-Up Child Care Plan not only relieves employee stress, but it also benefits the company by reducing unscheduled absences. Secured Space There is never a concern about space availability with our Secured Space Program. Back-up Care can be guaranteed and secured by purchasing space at one or several of our centers. A slot can be reserved in any of our classrooms, Infant through Kindergarten. Space-Available Care Back-up care is offered by center on a space-available basis.
