That’s why we offer customized Spring and Winter Break programs for our corporate partners. By creating age-appropriate educational activities for older children, we’re solving a common child care problem, giving your employees greater peace of mind. They can focus on work, not child care concerns, knowing that their school-age children are having fun and being well-cared for even when school isn’t in session. Take Your Child To Work Day Many employers participate in Take Your Child to Work Day. It’s a great way for children to connect what they learn at school with the real working world and see first hand what Mom or Dad does all day. With our help, parents can share with their children the “at work” part of their lives that their children are not normally exposed to, and still have some time to conduct actual business. We can offer on-site support for your day by running an educational yet fun program which gives parents an opportunity to answer emails and phone calls, attend a meeting or take care of other business obligations. Customized Care We realize that different companies have different needs and budgets. That is why we work with each one individually to create and customize a Back-up Child Care Plan. For some clients, this means securing a predetermined number of back-up days in a center or designing an employee co-pay. For others, it means coverage for company functions, staff meetings, winter/spring breaks and school closings. Whatever the need, we will partner with you to provide the solution.
