The web site doesn’t work with MS Vista.   You have to download the .net application and install it.

You will be prompted to open or save this file.  Click on open.

Once the zip is opned you will see 2 files.  Click on setup.exe.

Click on the run button.

Click on the Next button.

Once installed you will find a camera Icon on your desktop with the title “DVS Client”.

Double click on it to open the application.

Enter the address of your parentview daycare facility.
<br>
Example: http://www.parentviewwb.com

Enter your user ID
<br>
Enter your Password
<br>
Then Click on Login.
<br>
The application will remember your information when you return to it the next time. The buttons for the cameras assigned to you will be enabled. You now can click on any of your cameras to view the selected camera.
