If all the butons are greyed out please follow these steps in Internet Explorer:

Click on tools-->Internet Options-->Security tab
Highligt Trusted Sites zone(green check)
Click on Sites button 
Add this website to the zone(see below). 
You may have to uncheck (require server verification(https:)for all sites in this zone
