Rainbow Academy was founded as a family-owned business in 1997 by Guy & Julia Falzarano. While running their first childcare center, they experienced first-hand the stresses that working parents faced while trying to balance their work and life. In an effort to more fully support them, programs and services were developed. The importance of balancing the needs of parents and children became a cornerstone of their business model.

The Falzarano's also know that family is so much more than something you’re born into. They see it as a blessing to be protected and nurtured. Hundreds of extended family members are included in their Circle of Care - parents, children, employees and franchisees – are nurtured on a foundation of strong family values.

Many members of the Falzarano family currently work in the company on a corporate and center level. The Falzarano family also continues to grow within the Rainbow Academy childcare centers with two grandchildren recently graduating and the youngest grandchild currently enrolled in one of the centers.

Rainbow Academy centers are expanding throughout New Jersey and into New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.  Their childcare centers have sprouted wherever working parents need assistance and support caring for and educating their children in a safe, secure environment.

The entire Rainbow Academy family feels a tremendous sense of satisfaction as well as gratitude toward the communities and families who have embraced our ideals throughout our many years in business.
