SuperKids (Rainbow Academy company) - Summit, New Jersey
"My heartfelt thanks to an extraordinary group of women who take care of my life's most precious treasure.
From the first day I felt that you not only cared for Sara, but loved and nurtured her with genuine affection. And the feeling is mutual; she lights up when she sees you. You all have given her a warm, safe, happy place to be. You've all shown pride in her accomplishments and worried along with when she's been sick. Thank you for every time you've held her, tickled her, cheered for her, or simply made her smile.
You all are an excellent group of teachers and I'm amazed by your ability to be tuned in to a dozen children at the same time. Sara loves all of you, and my husband and I appreciate the ways in which you have helped her to grow and develop and to feel good about herself. My thanks go to all of you for rubbing her back to help her go to sleep (I know that was not an easy task), for kissing the boo-boos, and for setting a good example ("Children learn what they live..").
You all deserve to be commended for your fine work and for going above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions!"
-- Jay Joshi & Adnan Ahmed, parents of Sara Ahmed (4 years old)
“I recommend SuperKids in Summit, which might be more convenient to get to than the competition. It's along Rt.124/Morris Tpke right next to ShopRite Supermarket and has easy access to drive to NY or Morristown area. There are some parents in Maplewood who brought their babies to SuperKids and stayed until they go to Kindergarten. It's a great facility with really nice, caring, compassionate, and nurturing caretakers. I have seen infants from 10 weeks grow healthy and happy while they are there. Owner/management are very nice, accommodating and easy to talk to, treat every child and parents like family. They are open from 7am - 6pm, with extended hours to 7pm.
“My daughter started going there from 3 years old until she finished Kindergarten recently and still would like to come back. She loved every teacher/caretaker each time she changed classes and she learned a lot while having a great time meeting and playing with other children. You also have an option to bring lunch for your child (when the child starts eating table food) or order it at the daycare (which we did).
They also have a SuperKids Parents Association (SKPA) a group of parents that meets and discuss common issues affecting the children and bring it to management's attention to be resolved or acted on, and also plans activities for the children and their families such a picnic in the park or a play date at SuperKids gym during the cold weather.” -- Rosalie Hannigan, mother of Katelin (7 years old)
"Don't know if I will see you at all today, but I just wanted to say thank you for the past 5 years. SuperKids has been wonderful to me and my girls. They have had a lot of fun there. We are very sad to be leaving. I'm sure you'll hear how I cried saying goodbye to everyone. It was very difficult for me (I am such a sap)! You guys have been like extended family, but most of all our "friends." Thank you cannot say enough for all the time, love, laughter and effection that has been given to Evie and Caitlyn. Michael and I cannot express our gratitude enough. I'm going to miss seeing you all everyday. I know its not a final goodbye - I may call upon SuperKids when I'm in a pinch, when school is off or even during the summer or we'll just simply come back to visit our friends (if that is ok). Thanks again for EVERYTHING!" -- Sally & Michael, parents of Evie and Caitlyn Del Duca
