We initially chose Rainbow Academy as a 2 day per week alternative to our babysitter, as we wanted Ruthie to learn and interact with children her own age. We were drawn in by the cleanliness of the facility as well as the ParentView feature, which I utilize daily. What we immediately experienced was much more than we could have imagined. The staff is so caring and friendly that we feel as if they are a second family. “I just wanted to share with you how Miss Mary from Pink Elephants made my whole day!  She gave us a Christmas present this morning which was a collage of pictures of Curran.  It is absolutely adorable and so thoughtful of her.  We LOVE it! 

It is so heartwarming to know that Curran is loved and so well cared for while we are working.  You could not have a better group of teachers working with the babies in Pink Elephants!  They are so excited and happy to see Curran every morning and take outstanding care of her. Miss Liliana is very sweet and always so helpful to me with getting Cole and Curran in and out of the building.  She also always gives me a full, detailed report on Curran's day and called to check on her at home the other week when Curran wasn't feeling well.  It is a very supportive, family atmosphere in that room . . . needless to say, we are thrilled with the Pink Elephants teachers!  Thanks again to Mary for the present and to Miss Liliana, Miss Debbie, Miss Karen and Miss Kat for their excellent care!”— Noelle Capuzzi, mother of Cole (2 years) and Curran (1 year)

I was watching the Parent View monitoring system today and I saw Miles being carried around by one of his teachers. He was probably having a hard day due to the transition from his old class to his new one. I watched the teacher carry him around and she then hugged him and gave him a kiss. It was like she was taking care of one of her own. I really appreciate it and I wanted to thank you and your team. “I was saying on Wednesday what caught my attention and of course what was the decision maker on Abigail attending your child care center was the following:

1-      Center was very clean
2-      Everyone was friendly
3-      Atmosphere was very warm and comfortable / comforting

This is what closed the deal; Amy took me into three rooms Pink Elephants, Brown Bears and Red Birds and every single teacher got down to Abigail's eye level and address her, not me.  Amy addressed my questions / concerns but the teachers were interested in Abigail and making her feel comfortable in a room of children.  The only time the teachers spoke to me was to ask if they could touch her, unbelievable someone actually asked if they could touch her instead of just doing what they wanted.  I was blown away.

So long story short is Abigail became a student in your school because the teachers showed a genuine interest in her right from the start, others may not feel the same as I do but it's what did it for me. I never told my husband this because I wanted him to get his own feeling(s) from the school and he said the exact same thing, the other thing that was a plus for him was everyone remembered our names, direct connection was big for him he actually gets a kick out of being addressed as "Abigail's Dad Jimmy".” --Jill Ribauldo, mother of Abigail (3 years old)

“I have come to you in the past with many concerns I have had about my daughter.  Many times when things start to go smoothly, parents forget to “visit” you and say thank you!  I wanted to take the time to say thank you and say that I have recognized so many positive changes in my daughter since her change of classroom.  Gabi seems so happy and really seems to enjoy her teachers.  I walk into her classroom and instantly feel the warmth her teachers fill the classroom with.  Ms. Sandra and Ms. Cynthia are gems!  They work so hard with Gabi teaching her new things every day.  They keep me informed on her daily progress and they are so welcoming.  I check in on Gabi many times throughout the day, via the computer, and each time she is actively engaged and smiling.  Nothing makes a parent feel safer and happier than that!  I do not know what to attribute the positive changes to, whether it may be the new teachers, the smaller class size or just a new environment.  Whatever the reason is, my husband and I are thrilled.  Again, thank you for your efforts in addressing our concerns and being such wonderful role models to your staff!” -- Jennifer K.
